ka 'aha

 It's been a moment and in that moment so many events has happened. When we returned from Aotearoa we hit the ground running. The devastation waits for nothing and the healing process begins when the fire commenced. Each time I participate with any avenue of healing or holding space, it takes certain amount of energy to set boundaries and self-care.  Some days that energy is spent and I need to fulfill that container. So much grief and shock among the living and the unseen. Generating and raising vibration from dormant energy source is time consuming and uncertain at best. My mind is occupied in that kind space right now. The air is heavy, the mood dire yet movement forward is initiated.
